Return, Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy – K.V. Export India

At K.V. Export India, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. Since we deal in food products (Liquid Jaggery), strict hygiene and safety standards apply.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return, replacement, or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is expired

  • You received the wrong product

  • The package was tampered with during delivery

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@kvexportindia.com along with photos or videos of the issue.


Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and verified, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only after verification of the claim.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If your replacement or exchange request is approved:

  • The new product will be dispatched within 5 working days

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location

Replacements or exchanges are applicable only for eligible issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products without original packaging
    are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
